Students are introduced to the topic of public relations in this instalment of David Baker’s Marketing series. Students read a text about different aspects of public relations and listen to a conversation between a marketing manager and an intern about the company’s PR department.

Hi kmart,
Thanks for your feedback. It sounds like you are left-clicking on the audio which means that it automatically opens in a new tab and plays. To download it, you will need to right-click on the file. A menu will appear and you need to select 'Save file as...' and you can download and save the file to your desktop. Once you have done that, click on the saved file and select 'Open link with...' and choose the player that you wish to play it with. If you are still having difficulty, please contact help@macmillan.com.

Hi, could you please tell me how I can download the audio files? I know that it says "right click here to download", but it just seems to open a new tab and then starts playing the audio file, but doesn't download it...

The listening files are located on this page in the blue box under 'Related files' and are entitled 'Part 6: Public relations. Audio'.
