The magic cat: 4 – Daily routine

A song video and related lesson resources that introduces times of the day, for beginner-level young learners.

Learn how to talk about the things you do every day, with Tom, Jess and Puzzleberry, the magic cat.

This lesson, which is based around the short song video available to watch or download below, focuses on teaching times of the day, e.g. in the morning, vocabulary for basic daily routines and an awareness of corresponding questions, e.g. What do you do in the evening? Along with the video, below are all the materials necessary for a full 45–60 minute lesson: teacher’s notes, student worksheets and a PowerPoint presentation. We hope you enjoy them!

  • I was wondering if you could help me with the download of the video file. When I click on it, a new clear tab opens with "" appears in the title bar. It happens in all lessons of the Magic Cat lessons.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
