Along with the video, below are all the materials necessary for a full 45–60 minute lesson: teacher’s notes, student worksheets and a PowerPoint presentation. We hope you enjoy them!

Hi,
I'm having trouble downloading the videos. This one, for example, opens and the file saves as http://www.onestopenglish.com/17430.file. The computer won't play that back, even if I change the .file to any one of the common video formats. Other times, the link doesn't load anything at all. I've tried a few different browsers.
Thanks!

Hi dangie,
Very sorry to hear that. I've tried playing the video through, and also downloading and playing that version, just to double check whether it's the files themselves, but can't replicate the issue myself so it sounds like a compatibility issue. Have you tried using another browser to access the player, or downloading the video and playing it from your computer? Our video player is Flash-based, so have you checked your version of Flash is up to date?
If you've tried those options and it still doesn't work, please could you email help@macmillan.com and someone from customer services will try to help further.

We are sorry you are having problems accessing this video. Are you trying to access it on a mac or an iPad? Unfortunately, our site is currently not completely tablet-compatible. To play it on an iPad, we suggest downloading it to iTunes on your computer and then playing it through that on your iPad.
To download it on your computer, right click on the video link at the bottom of the page, select 'Save with...', and save the file to your iTunes. Then when you open it on your iPad you should be able to play the video.
If you are not trying to access it on either of these devices, or are still experiencing problems, please do get back in touch, either here or at help@macmillan.com.

I can't thank you enough for this wonderful material!!
I teach in Greece and my 3rd graders are so excited with it. They have drawn so many pictures from the stories, sing the songs all the time and they can't wait for the next video to come. We are so eager...don't be too long ;)
